We realize that you more than likely have questions. So, here are some questions that we have received more than once in reference to our limousine and party bus transportation services. You may find your question here. If not, we have very knowledgeable and courteous customer service representatives ready to answer your questions around the clock. So, if you don't see your question here, just give us a call or email us. We assure you that you will not be pressured into renting a vehicle or entering into the booking process. We will only help you with that if you feel that you are ready to do so. Our main goal is that you have your questions answered and that you be completely satisfied. Do you service any areas outside of Jackson?

Yes we do! We service all of Michigan. To see if we service your area, just give one of our courteous booking agents a call.

Do your vehicles come with stripper poles?

Many of our party buses have stripper poles installed on the interior. To make sure that the vehicle that you want has one, you will want to make sure and ask one of our affable customer server representatives.

What time do you provide service until?

There is no time limit. We'll provide service whenever you need it and for as long as you want to pay for.

Are your vehicles safe?

The safest around! Our vehicles are maintained and inspected by certified and professional mechanics, as well as being insured to the fullest extent.

I see that you have limousines and party buses. What is the difference between the two?

That is a great question. A limousine is more of the classic look and feel that you have been used to, but it is important to note that your group will be seated in a limousine. A party bus is larger and more spacious and will allow your group to stand up inside the vehicle and move around. Most of the amenities are close but there are a couple of features that a party bus will have that a limousine might not. You will want to make sure one of our knowledgeable customer service agents goes over a list of the amenities in any vehicle that you are interested in.

What if some of my group would like to smoke on board of the vehicle?

We do not allow smoking of any kind on board our vehicles. What we do allow is unlimited stops on your travels so feel free to ask your chauffeur to stop any time someone needs a smoke break or any kind of break for that matter.

Is it alright to drink while on board one of your vehicles?

Yes, of course, provided you are 21 years of age or older. There are granite bar tops with built-in coolers in our vehicles. Sometimes people enjoy their time relaxing and drinking on one of our party buses so much that they forget to go to the event they rented our vehicle for in the first place.

Is there anything that my group is not allowed to bring onto one of your vehicles?

Yes, we do not allow any weapons or illegal drugs on our vehicles.

What if we rent one of your vehicles for 6 hours and we decide that we would like to keep it for an extra hour?

If you want to spend more time in your vehicles than your agreed upon time, usually that is no problem at all. You will just be charged an overtime rate that reflects your original hourly rate.

Do you have bathrooms on board of your vehicles?

As part of an effort to keep our vehicles as clean and smelling as fresh as possible, we have chosen not to include bathrooms. However, you can always make use of our unlimited stops policy and ask your chauffeur to stop as many times as you would like for any reason whatsoever.

Will our chauffeur expect a tip at the end of our trip?

The bottom line price that you paid to rent your vehicle includes minimal gratuity. So, you are not expected to tip any additional amount at the end of your run, anything more would strictly be up to you.

How much do your vehicles cost on average?

This would be impossible to answer. There are so many options and factors that determine the various costs of different vehicles. The only way to get an accurate quote for a particular vehicle is to call one of our friendly and knowledgeable agents. You will want to make sure you know how many people will be in your group, the date and time you require service and the city that you will be picked up in. We want you to know that you will never be pressured into making any decisions when you call, we just want to make sure that you are given accurate information that you will need in order to make your decision.

How do I determine which of your vehicles I need?

Much of your choice will be related the number of people that will be in your group and the kind of activities that you and your group are interested in doing while on board your vehicle. If you call one of our affable customer service agents, they will be able to walk you through a few questions and find the perfect fit for you, your group, and your event.

How quickly do your vehicles get booked? Do I need to make sure that I call at least a month ahead of time in order to rent the vehicles I want?

Our service is getting more and more popular all of the time. Our recommendation is that you call us as soon as you know the date and time you will require service. We operate on a first come first serve basis so the earlier you call us the better.

Is there a set time period that I must rent a vehicle for?

There is a minimum number of hours. For specific details on this policy, please give us a call.

So, how does this work. When I rent a vehicle, do we just take off and tell our driver where to go?

We do ask for an itinerary before you take off. This gives us a basic game plan and then if you choose to visit any additional places while on the road, just mention it to your driver. We believe in being flexible and we want you to be able to go where you want to go.

Are we limited in the number of miles that we can travel on the vehicle that we rent?

We will take you as far as you want to go within the limits of your contracted time period. The only caveat to this is we must stay within the state of Michigan.

How do I go about reserving one of your vehicles?

All that is needed is a $200 hold on a credit or debit card.

Can I pay for my rental with a credit card?

Yes, of course, we accept credit or debit card, traveler's check, pre-approved bank check, or cash to the driver on the date of service.

You told me one price over the phone, can I expect any additional charges that I was not told about?

No, in fact, we abhor the whole idea of hidden fees. We do not feel that having hidden fees are a way to treat customers so you will never see them associated with our company.

What if I have an event in December for which I would like to book one of your vehicles? Are you still operating at this time of year or do you close down?

It is our mission to be ready to serve you any time that you need it. So, with that in mind, we operate 24/7, 365 days a year.

Do you provide alcohol to your customers or do we have to bring it?

The state of Michigan does not allow us to provide you with alcohol. But please feel free to bring on board any assortment of cold drinks that you and your group will enjoy.

I am ready to book one of your vehicles, is your office available only during certain times of the day?

Our courteous customer service agents are ready to take your call any time day or night, seven days a week.

What kind of event does a party bus best serve?

Any kind of event. One of our party buses does nothing but enhance your enjoyment of whatever you are doing.
